She has worked as an investment analyst and adviser to Polish and foreign investment funds with capital of 800 million euros. She graduated major in finance and a Master of Business Studies at John Moore’s Liverpool University and the National University of Ireland Maynooth. She is passionate about fashion and design – in her spare time she designs and sews clothes.

Responsible for all construction and design work, finishing, and the entire technical infrastructure. Co-owner of GRIMBUD. Has been in the construction industry for more than 25 years. He has realised around 200 investments in Malopolska – including: four-star Hotel Bukovina in Bukowina Tatrzańska, Termy Chochołowska, the Manor House in Cianowice and many other investments. Experience in the area of ​​analysis and finance, she gained both in large corporations and in smaller companies, taking positions from a specialist, to a director and a member of the supervisory board. In the Fracthon Group, a Junior Financial Analyst is responsible for keeping in regular touch with the financial institutions, being actively involved in the processes of developing and drafting investment analyses and financial projections. Takes care of reliable and diligent development of financial documentation in corporate bodies. She graduated from the Krakow University of Economics in Finances and Accounting, specialising in Tax Consultancy. Privately, she loves dancing, and has been involved in performing contemporary dance for 15 years.

He also supervises the timely completion of agreed schedules. His tasks include direct contact with architects, designers, contractors and all institutions responsible for construction processes. Since 2015 he has been working in the construction industry, which he became fascinated with after years of working as a manager of sales teams in the media (Agora Radio Group, Eurozet – owner of Radio ZET). A graduate in foreign trade at the Kraków University of Economics.

His favourite hobby is sport – running, skiing, climbing in the Tatras and skitouring. For 15 years he has been a referee in the Polish Basketball League.

In the Fracthon Group, she is responsible for client acquisition and maintaining contact with them at the highest level. With years of experience, knowledge and practical skills and full involvement in all projects, she supports clients in building optimal investment strategies. A graduate of business psychology at the Higher School of Economics in Krakow and personnel management of enterprises at the Krakow University of Science and Technology. She devotes her free time to DIY, and furniture making and restoration.

She likes to play the violin – especially the repertoire of Monti, Bach and Mozart.

She coordinates and supports the work of the Group’s Management Board. Responsible for the proper flow of documents. She supervises the implementation of all agreements and contracts with the clients of the Fracthon Group. She takes care of the schedule of meetings and professional operation of the office. She gained her professional experience thanks to her practice in radio RMF FM and as a press spokeswoman of the Gynaecological and Obstetrics Hospital Ujastek in Kraków. A graduate of Public Relations at the Faculty of Management and Social Communication at the A.F. Modrzewski Academy in Kraków.

She loves running and playing volleyball.

In the Fracthon Group, a Sales Specialist is a member of the sales team. Responsible for comprehensive presentation of the sales offer. Remains in regular touch with the client, assisting him at every consecutive stage of the real estate purchase process, starting off with the identification of the client’s specific requirements, through business negotiations, right up to the conclusion of the final deal.
She graduated from the University of Management and Real Estate in Krakow in Management, specializing in Marketing.
Having gained her professional experience in the commercial sector she is professionally adept in running good public relations with the clients. Through offering consistently high quality service she naturally fosters long-term business relationships with her clients.

Privately, she derives full satisfaction from being a caring mom of her resolute son Antoś, an ardent fan of The Avengers. She loves reading crime stories and psychological books whenever she manages to grab a spare while.

As part of the team she is responsible for the comprehensive presentation of the developer’s offer. She accompanies the client at every stage of the real estate purchase process – from the needs analysis through the negotiation process to the conclusion of the final agreement – supporting the client with her knowledge. She gained her professional experience as an engineer working, inter alia, in such constructions projects as the ”Warsaw Unit” skyscraper, “EC Powiśle” office, residential and service complex in Warsaw and the “Axis” office and service building in Kraków. Graduate of the Cracow University of Technology. She studied technology, organisation and management in construction at the Faculty of Civil Engineering.
