JA\NAS — a new project in historic Podgórze

Just a few streets away from the classic and elegant charm of Old Podgórze, JA\NAS is taking shape—under the supervision of preservationists, but in collaboration with architects and artists who view space as a vehicle for key contemporary values.

The project is rapidly moving into the next phase of implementation. Preparatory work is currently underway to secure the foundations of the adjacent buildings at 7 Kącik Street and 3 Janowa Wola Street using jet grouting technology. The construction drawings have been prepared, and the proposed solutions are currently being reviewed and optimized. At the same time, contract negotiations with the General Contractor are being finalized.

The developer’s approved equity contribution has enabled the initiation of loan financing, which is a significant step toward the start of construction. The project has entered the pre-sale phase—we invite you to review the offer and select apartments at this early stage of the project.
