The Parkowa Development in Katowice Enters the Next Phase of Construction

The Parkowa development in Katowice has reached another important milestone. The project has obtained a building permit, which allows construction work to begin and the project to move on to the next phase of development.

At the same time, the project has entered the commercialization phase for its retail component. Efforts are now underway to prepare an offering for future tenants and buyers of retail spaces, which will complement the residential function and create an attractive environment for residents and local businesses.

Work is also currently underway to arrange financing for the project and to begin sales of the apartments.
