Developer Congress behind us!

On October 3, we had the pleasure of participating in the VI Developer Congress, organized by the Polish Association of Developer Companies in Krakow. This is the largest and most prestigious real estate event in Poland!

The main theme of this year’s edition – “New Opening: Europe, Poland, Local Government” – referred to current challenges in housing affordability, urban planning and sustainable construction. It was an excellent opportunity to exchange experiences in such areas as housing, commercial real estate, investment financing, urban planning trends.

As part of the Congress, Agnieszka Widlak-Lindsay took an active part in the panel discussion “Krakow Dialogue Forum: spot city planning”, during which key issues related to urban development, planning, as well as sustainable construction were discussed.
