Fracthon as a member of the Polish Association of Developer Companies
I co-organize the Developer Congress

We are extremely pleased to inform you that Fracthon, as a member of the Polish Association of Developers, is on the organizing committee of the Developer Congress, which will take place in October 2024. This Congress is the largest nationwide industry conference, which aims at an open, multi-sector debate among the entities shaping the developer market in Poland. Discussion panels and debates during each edition of the Congress oscillate around the issues most relevant to the residential development industry, commercial real estate, planning, financing of development investments and market trends and sales forecasts. It is also a platform for dialogue with local governments and representatives of municipal movements and agendas.
